Massage therapist for over 20 years, I have enriched my practice with several approaches, including kinesitherapy and myofascial release.

Since 2015, I also offer endermology treatments to relieve, among other things, muscular tension, heavy legs and soften scars.

Reducing muscle pain is sometimes complex. To achieve this, calming the nervous system, releasing tension and improving posture are important factors; several professional and personal experiences have convinced me of this.
